Caramels and fudges dipped in chocolate couverture, creamy, oversized coconut patties, a caramel-cashew square or an almond-cashew square. Nut barks made of all kinds of nuts – macadamia, hazelnut, almond, pecan, cashew and crackled into milk, dark and white chocolate, then  broken into divine chunky pieces.   How about maraschino cherries in thick and creamy  fondant covered in exquisite white chocolate – or milk or dark if that’s what you prefer!

Well, we think not!)

6. Molded Artisan Chocolate

Sometimes, chocolate should just be chocolate, especially when it is molded into astonishing shapes and painted with vibrant colors!  Le Chocolatier maintains a collection  of over three thousand molds in all shapes to enhance your themed parties or just for an unusual gift.  We use our time honored highest quality chocolate for both taste and beauty to make these amazing molded creations  stand out from the rest.

Our molded shapes can also be dusted in gold or platinum, made to look like prized possessions or antiques, only edible and delicious.

Also, custom molds are par for the course daily at Le Chocolatier where we have access to the finest mold artists in the Unites States. We can create your business logo in chocolate with a customized mold or a molded shape with a four color image overlay. Only a few weeks’ notice is needed.

Le Chocolatier has recently made a 3-D reproduction in chocolate of Royal Carribbean’s newest cruise ship, The Oasis of the Seas, and Celebrity Cruise Line’s Solstice. Also new, a 3-D custom mold of the Griffin emblem of the new JW Marriot Marquis Hotel, a custom mold of Medusa  for The Villa by Barton G  – formerly the Versace Mansion  as well as an innumerable array of custom logos for local and national businesses.

CARE OF YOUR CHOCOLATE

Chocolate should be kept at room temperature in a cool, dark place. Chocolate should not be refrigerated. (Except for fresh fruit dipped in chocolate which requires refrigeration).  In this way, it will last up to six weeks.  Solid chocolate will last several months.

To extend the freshness of your chocolate for longer, you may freeze it.  Place the chocolate in a box or container. Wrap the box or container in newspaper or other paper wrapping to absorb moisture. Then seal it in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer.   Your chocolate can last this way up to six months.
