We stand behind the delivery of orders and we work hard to ensure that our chocolate is delivered to you fresh and in good condition. Le Chocolatier is not responsible for any orders returned due to a refusal of delivery or invalid/incorrect address. We cannot sell an item once it is returned to Le Chocolatier.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped. If any product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us at 305.944.3020 immediately within 48 hours after your package arrives. If a product needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.

Refunds or replacements will be processed by Le Chocolatier upon its discretion.
